1. Who provides Levelix

By using Levelix you agree to these terms. If you buy Levelix Pro, they form the contract between you and us.

2. The service

Levelix is a daily planner that runs in your browser: a calendar, a place to write everything down, an Eisenhower priority matrix, a task timer and a time report. You can use it without an account; with one, your tasks sync between your devices.

3. Basic Free

Basic Free costs nothing and includes the calendar, writing tasks down and prioritizing them on the matrix, finishing and deleting them — for up to 100 tasks. The Pro features below show on Free, locked. Finished tasks count towards the 100 — they are the history your statistics come from — while deleted tasks, and the records left on a day when a task is pulled to another day, do not. At the limit, deleting tasks (finished or not, for example from the Done screen) makes room for new ones.

4. Levelix Pro

• What you get: unlimited tasks, the task timer and the time report, moving tasks to another day (next day or a chosen date), the statistics of your finished tasks in Done, and the calendar's All Tasks view.
• Price: €28 for one year or €4.80 for one month, paid once. Prices are final and include VAT. Pro does not renew automatically.
• Payment is handled by Stripe.
• Activation: if you are signed in to Levelix when you choose Go Pro, Pro turns on for that account as soon as the payment goes through. Otherwise we email a Pro code to the address you paid with, normally within minutes and at the latest within one working day; sign in and enter it under I have a code in the account menu, or Already paid? on the Home page.
• Your Pro period starts when your payment goes through — bought while Pro is still running, it is added on to the time you have left. Its end date is in the email we send you. A code works once and belongs to the account that redeems it.
• When Pro ends, your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: above 100 tasks you keep every task and can still finish or delete them; adding, renaming, moving or reopening tasks waits until you are back within the limit. You can buy Pro again at any time.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

Within 14 days of paying, you can have a full refund for any reason: signed in, open the account menu and choose Refund policy at the bottom (it is also linked at the foot of the Home page): it shows whether your payment can still be refunded, and the refund is made at once — or email info@levelix.eu from the address you paid with. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your request (your bank may take a few more days to show it), and the Pro period ends. This guarantee includes your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.

6. Your account and your content

Keep your sign-in to yourself — what happens in your account is your responsibility. Your tasks are yours: we look at them only to run the service, when you ask us for help, or where the law requires it. Do not use Levelix to break the law or to attack or overload the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Levelix running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promising it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change and improve features; if we ever stop offering Pro during a period you have paid for, we refund the unused part.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer and liability for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never alter a Pro period you have already paid for.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things can be solved by email.
