Levelix Pro

What is in Basic Free, and what does Pro add?

Basic Free has the calendar, writing tasks down and prioritizing them, finishing and deleting them — up to 100 tasks. Pro adds unlimited tasks, the task timer and time report, moving a task to another day, the statistics in Done and the calendar's All Tasks view. On Free you can see these, blurred, with a Go Pro button. Pro is €28 a year or €4.80 a month, paid once, VAT included.

How do I unlock Pro?

The simplest way: sign in to Levelix first, then choose a plan under Pricing on the Home page and pay. Pro turns on for that account by itself a few seconds after the payment goes through.

Paid without signing in? We email a Pro code to the address you paid with. Open Levelix, sign in with the account you want Pro on, then on Home (the logo, top left) under Pricing press I have a code next to Already paid?, and paste the code.

I paid, but no code has arrived

Codes are sent automatically, normally within minutes. Check your spam folder first; if it is not there, write to us from the email address you paid with and we will sort it out within one working day.

My code says it has been used or has run out

A code works once, for the account that redeems it, and only for the period it was issued for. Write to us with the code and we will sort it out.

Does Pro renew by itself?

No. Pro is a one-off payment for one month or one year. When it ends, your account goes back to Free — nothing is deleted — and you can buy Pro again whenever you like.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. Within 14 days of paying you get a full refund, for any reason. Signed in, open the account menu and choose Refund policy at the bottom (also at the foot of the Home page). It shows whether your payment can still be refunded and until when; press Refund and the money goes back to your card at once (your bank may take a few days to show it), Pro ends, and we email you a confirmation. Pro given with a code that was not paid for cannot be refunded. You can also email us from the address you paid with. See the terms for the details.

Your tasks and your account

Do my tasks sync between devices?

Only when you are signed in. Without an account, your tasks stay in the browser you use — handy for trying Levelix, but clearing that browser's data deletes them.

Where do I see the tasks I finished?

A finished task stays on its day, struck through, and the Calendar marks days with finished work in green. Every finished task is also listed in Done — the round button with the ticked list under the Calendar, Write down and Prioritize — by day, with how many you finished today, in the last 7 and 30 days and in all.

What happens at 100 tasks on Free?

Free holds up to 100 tasks, and finished tasks count too: they are your history, and your statistics come from them. To make room, delete tasks you no longer need — one at a time, a whole day, or every finished task at once in Done. Pro removes the limit and keeps your whole history. If Pro ends while you have more than 100 tasks, nothing is deleted: you can still finish or delete them, and once you are back at 100 you can add, rename, move and reopen tasks as before.

Can I sign in with both Google and Apple?

Yes, into the same account. Sign in with one, open the account menu, press the gear next to Sign out and choose Connect Apple (or Connect Google). From then on either button opens the same account, with the same tasks and Pro. If that Apple or Google login already made a Levelix account of its own, delete that one first.

How do I change to another account?

Open the account menu, press the gear next to Sign out and choose Switch account, then sign in with the other one. Each account keeps its own tasks and Pro — nothing is mixed, and switching back brings yours back. (Connect is different: it adds a second way into the same account.)

I wrote tasks before signing in — where are they?

They wait in your browser. Once you sign in, the dot on your picture turns red: open the account menu and press Sync to move them into your account.

How do I delete my data?

Signed in, open the account menu and press the gear next to Sign out. Clear account deletes every task, on every device. Delete account deletes the account itself, with its tasks, settings and Pro time — for good. More in the privacy policy.
